OPERATING AND ACCOMMODATION RULES

These operating and accommodation rules (hereinafter referred to as “rules”) are based on generally binding decree No.1/2025 of the municipality of Karlovice and apply to accommodation and stay in Autocamp Sedmihorky, v.o.s.

The Regulations are binding for all guests and visitors of the camp.

Arrival, accommodation and payments:

1. By paying for the stay, the guest declares that he/she has been acquainted with the campsite rules and undertakes to abide by them. In the event of a gross violation of these regulations, the guest or visitor may have his/her stay terminated with immediate effect and may be ejected from the premises by a campsite employee or Security officer without refund. The vehicle of the guest so ejected will also be towed from the premises at the guest's expense.

2. Autocamp Sedmihorky v.o.s. can only accommodate a guest who has been duly registered. For this purpose, the guest shall present his/her valid identity document (ID card or passport) to the Autocamp staff immediately upon arrival.

3. The guest is obliged to pay the prices for accommodation and services provided in accordance with the valid price list. The price list for temporary accommodation and other services is available at the reception.

4. Autocamp Sedmihorky v.o.s. reserves the right to refuse accommodation to a guest who is in an obviously drunken or drugged state, in a dirty and unhygienic condition, or behaves aggressively or otherwise inappropriately. In this case, the guest is not entitled to a refund of the deposit paid or compensation for damages.

5. Guests suffering from infectious diseases cannot be accommodated.

6. Check-in. A later check-in time must be expressly agreed in advance. The check-in period for chalets, cabins, mobile homes, tee-pee tents and chalet tents starts at 15:00 on the agreed day. The deadline for accommodation with your own caravan starts at 13:00 and you can start your stay with your own tent at any time (if the capacity of the campsite allows). In the event that a guest is unable to arrive during reception opening hours (which are published on the website), they must inform reception in advance so that the handover of keys can be arranged promptly. Online check-in can also be used for this purpose.

7. If the guest arrives without a prior reservation, he/she must agree to the reservation and cancellation conditions, which are listed on the website https://www.campsedmihorky.cz/en/booking-and-cancellation-conditions at the time of booking.

Rules for staying at the campsite:

8. From 23:00 to 6:00 the access gate is CLOSED.

9. It is necessary to keep the peace in the premises during the day and not to disturb other guests by shouting, loud singing, excessive amplification of the reproduced music, etc.

10. The use of loudspeakers or other noisy devices that may disturb other guests is prohibited on the campsite. If the device is allowed, its volume must be set so that it does not endanger the peace of other visitors to the campsite.

11. Guests are responsible for informing the staff of any problems with noisy equipment that might disturb the peace of the campsite.

12. The guest may receive non-residents (visitors) only between 8:00 and 23:00.

13. For safety reasons, it is not allowed to leave children under 10 years old without adult supervision in the cabins and other common areas of the Autocamp.

14. It is forbidden to transmit your own radio signal in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands as well as on the PMR 446- Personal Mobile Radio frequency at 446 MHz from your own devices (e.g. radio station, WIFI router radios, or creating your own WI-FI hotspot solutions).

15. There is a ban on flying drones and launching motor boats on the Bažantník pond.

16. There is a prohibition of unjustified movement of motor and electric vehicles (quad bikes, motorbikes, tractors, cars, etc.) in the premises, except for the arrival and departure from the premises. The ban also applies to children's electric and motorised vehicles. Passing, using audible signals and leaving engines running for no reason is not permitted.

17. The area of the Autocamp Sedmihorky is allowed to enter only on the access roads and parking is possible only in reserved places. The operator is not responsible for any damage caused by parking in non-designated spaces. During the months of July and August, entry is prohibited for non-residents, except for visitors who must park in designated spaces by prior arrangement with the reception.

18. Fires are only allowed in designated areas.

19. The guest is obliged to observe fire safety rules when using barbecues and fireplaces, in particular to ensure that the fire is not in danger (e.g. high winds, dry grass).

20. The use of open fires in the vicinity of tents, caravans, chalets or woodland is prohibited. The guest is responsible for compliance with these rules and for damages caused by violation of fire safety rules.

21. Deforestation or other damage to the nature is strictly forbidden.

Accommodation in cottages and other buildings:

22. The shift receptionist of the Autocamp will designate a hut for the guest or show the place for pitching a tent or caravan on the map of the area. The guest is obliged to respect the prohibition of erecting tents and shelters outside the designated places for tents. It is forbidden to pitch shelters and tents between cabins.

23. If the guest is staying in a seven-bed cottage of the Karina or Flora type or in a mobile home, he/she is obliged to check the inventory list posted in each cottage on the day of arrival and report any differences immediately to the reception. Later complaints will not be taken into account and the guest will have to pay any discrepancies on the spot.

24. The guest must always turn off the lights, close the windows and doors when leaving the cottage. At the end of the stay, the guest is obliged to turn off the taps, turn off the heating and unplug the fridge.

25. If the guest requests an extension of the stay, the Autocamp shift receptionist may, if possible in view of subsequent bookings, accommodate the guest or offer another accommodation unit other than the one where the guest was originally accommodated.

26. If a guest orders a double chalet in advance and his/her order is confirmed, he/she will be charged only for the double chalet even if the Autocamp shift receptionist accommodates him/her in a multi-bed chalet. This principle also applies when the order for a three-bed chalet is confirmed if the visitor is accommodated in a chalet with more beds (not applicable to Karina and Flora chalets).

27. In special cases, the Autocamp may offer the guest accommodation other than the agreed accommodation, provided that it does not differ substantially from the confirmed booking.

28. Guests are not allowed to place bicycles in the chalets. An insured bicycle storage room is reserved for their storage. In case of violation of the ban, the guest is obliged to pay a fine of 500 CZK. If the guest does not want to pay the fine, Autocamp has the right to prematurely terminate his stay without refund.

29. In the cabins or common areas of the Autocamp, the guest may not move equipment, make repairs or any intervention in the electrical system without the consent of the Autocamp management. network or other installations. Guests are also not allowed to smoke or use open flames (lit candles, etc.) in these areas.

30.  In the event of damage to the equipment, the guest is obliged to inform the reception immediately so that appropriate repair measures can be taken.

31. Camping with a tent on a caravan site is only possible if a caravan is present there.

32. Damage to the grass, e.g. for the purpose of pitching a caravan or enclosing a tent with a ditch or otherwise, is not permitted.

33. Dogs and other animals may be accommodated provided that the owner, upon request, provides proof of the animal's fitness and reports the animal's identification number upon check-in. The owner is responsible for the dog or other animal during the entire stay. The price for accommodation of animals is charged according to the valid price list. Dog owners are obliged to ensure that dogs do not run loose and are muzzled. Dogs are not allowed on the beach. Bathing and washing of dogs in the pond on the beach side of Autocamp Sedmihorky is also prohibited.. The owner is also obliged to clean up the excrements of his dog or other animal. Plastic bags and bins are placed throughout the premises for this purpose.

Departure, check-out:

34. Check-out at chalets, mobile homes, tee-pees and chalet tents (hereinafter referred to as chalets, etc.): The guest has the right to use the hut etc. for the period of time agreed with the reception and duly paid for. On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to vacate the hut etc. and hand the keys back to the Autocamp reception no later than 10:00.  If the guest does not vacate the cabin etc. until after 10:00, the Autocamp shift receptionist may charge the guest for the following day.

35. Guests with caravans on caravan sites are obliged to leave the premises by 11:30, guests with their own tents and cars by 14:00. Guests checking in before 6:00 will be charged for the previous night's accommodation. If the guest vacates the caravan site after 11:30 or the parking space after 14:00, the Autocamp shift receptionist may charge the next day's stay.

Activities, playgrounds and safety:

36. Swimming in the pond Bažantník is allowed at your own risk. Autocamp Sedmihorky v.o.s. is not responsible for any injuries or damage to health. The water is regularly monitored by the Health Institute in Liberec.

37. Ball games and other sports may only be played on the playground or places designated for this purpose. All sports activities on the premises of Autocamp Sedmihorky are performed by guests at their own risk. Autocamp Sedmihorky v.o.s. is not responsible for any injuries or damage to health.

38. Children may use the playgrounds (swings, slides, climbing frames, etc.) only in the presence of an adult (parent, teacher, etc.). Autocamp Sedmihorky v.o.s. is not responsible for any injuries or damage to health.

39. Parents are responsible for children in the summer creative corner and for children during holiday programs.

Complaints and communication:

40. Guest complaints or any suggestions for improvement are received by the shift receptionist.

41. Each guest is entitled to an anonymous satisfaction questionnaire, which is available at the reception of Autocamp Sedmihorky. The completed questionnaire can be placed in the box on the reception door or handed over to the shift receptionist.

Rules for emergency situations and security:

42. In case of illness or injury of a guest, the Autocamp shift receptionist will help to arrange first aid or possible transportation to the hospital.

43. In case of natural disasters (floods, fires, storms) or other dangerous situations, the guest is obliged to follow the instructions of the staff of Autocamp Sedmihorky.

44. The guest is obliged to follow the danger warnings and inform the staff in case of a suspected emergency situation.

45. Autocamp Sedmihorky v.o.s. has an evacuation plan, which is available at the reception. Guests are obliged to respect this plan and evacuate if instructed by the staff.

46. Autocamp Sedmihorky v.o.s. is not liable for any loss or damage to the guest's property unless caused by an employee of Autocamp Sedmihorky. Autocamp Sedmihorky v.o.s. is only responsible for the items taken into custody (money, jewellery, other valuables or bicycle in custody). No area on the premises of Autocamp Sedmihorky is a guarded parking lot. Cars or other means of transport located on the premises are not guarded; therefore, Autocamp Sedmihorky is not responsible for any damage or theft.

Organizing private events and meetings:

47. Guests planning to organize private events (e.g. weddings, parties) must declare this at the time of booking and obtain approval from the campsite management.

48. Private events are only allowed in designated areas, subject to the conditions set by the reception.

49. The number of guests at private events must not exceed the capacity of the reserved space. Guests are responsible for observing the rules of the campsite during such events, including the prohibition of excessive noise.

 

Validity from 1.6.2025
